The power supply (output is less than 5V/1.3A) of the Halo is usually insufficient, causing the light to flash. To resolve this, please change to another USB port of devices or USB adapter with an output voltage of at least 5V and a current of 1.3A or above. For optimal lamp brightness, we recommend using a power supply with an output voltage of 5V and a current of 1.5A or above. If you are unsure about the output information of your USB devices, we suggest using a USB adapter on the ScreenBar Halo directly. Before using a USB adapter, please check the output information shown on the adapter, which should be: OUTPUT: 5V ⎓ 1.5A. Do not use the USB extension cable for the ScreenBar Halo, as it may cause light flashes or abnormal operations.

Remember to remove the protection sponge before using it, or it may impact the power on/off function.
The breakthrough design of the ScreenBar Plus mounts on top of the monitor, saving valuable desk space. It can be powered by a USB port with a 5V/1A power supply, and it will resume your last used brightness and color temperature settings when you return.
The asymmetrical optical design of the ScreenBar Plus only illuminates the desk, eliminating the reflective glare off the screen that is often found with regular desk lamps. This allows you to focus on your work without the distraction of screen glare.
